Word on the Street: Ike Holter will be at Good Evening with Pat Whalen (Tomorrow)

Ike Holter

It looks like Ike Holter ( “Chicagoan of the Year in Theater” – Chicago Tribune) will be back in the neighborhood tomorrow night at Good Evening with Pat Whalen.

If you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, Good Evening with Pat Whalen is Chicago’s only late-night talk-show news-alternative right here in the ‘hood. Every month, Pat hosts an audience from Jackalope Theatre Company’s storefront space – The Frontier – featuring live music, performances and interviews.

“With Halloween around the proverbial corner, we’re putting on our witch’s hats and brewing up a spooky special edition for YOU! Most likely in a cauldron!

It promises to be an episode replete with DOOM FUNK from musical guests Gramps The Vamp!

Also: making his triumphant return to the Good Evening stage to dispense with his patent-pending Real Talk will be Ike Holter As Himself!

And joining us for our panel will be Charles Jones and Eliza Solowiej of First Defense Legal Aid, as well as Sarah Karp from the Better Government Association!

So wipe the blood off your moon and come on down to The Frontier for a scarily good time that won’t have any of these fear-related puns in it.

$10 at the door gets you entry, an adult beverage of your choice that we have, and the #besteveningever!
Doors at 1030, show at 11.
And even if you give out apples to trick-or-treaters,

Have A Good Evening.”Good Evening with Pat Whalen

We’ve included a few of their Vimeo clips from earlier this year below.
