From the Neighbors: Edgewater Artists In Motion Is Seeking Volunteers
Our neighbor Patricia, Edgewater Artists in Motion Board Member & Volunteer Coordinator, is seeking neighborhood volunteers for this year’s Edgewater Arts Festival. If you are interested in helping support our neighborhood Arts Festival see Patricia’s note below.
You can contact Patricia at firstname.lastname@example.org
“Edgewater Artists In Motion (EAIM), a 501c3 organization, will have its annual Edgewater Arts Festival (EAF) on September 23 and 24, 2017. The EAF is held on Granville between Broadway and Sheridan Rd. This 3-block community and family focused fair will sponsor 100 arts and crafts tents, youth art and performance gallery, kid’s activity corner, 3 performing stages with popular acts, beer garden, and a pet stage.
We are proud to have the support of Alderman Harry Osterman, Edgewater Chamber of Commerce, Loyola University and many local businesses. Last year we had more than 12,000 attendees at our fair.
I hope you join us again as an EAF volunteer. We plan to have great acts and food vendors and lots of great performers from the community. Many of your neighbors and friends will display their artistic talents.
As you know this fair does not happen without your support so if you can help and bring a friend or relative too, we have a place for you. There are opportunities for teens and adults. Put us on your calendar and I will be back at a date closer to the fair to get your committed participation as a volunteer. For more about us visit our website shown below.”
